Current Offerings

We believe in assuring that our students yoga practice is always safe and optimal for their abilities. In support of this props such as blocks, blankets, straps and chairs are made avialable for use.They are wonderful for helping seasoned and aspiring yogis achieve poses that would otherwise be difficult to healthfully achieve due to stiffness, inflexibility, aging or injury. We believe yoga offers something for everyone and hope to be a part of your journey as you discover your right practice.  

Rise & Shine Yoga

Bring light to your day as you activate and enliven your energy centers through asana and pranayama flow. Build strength, encourage circulation, increase balance, build endurance and spark your vitality while focusing awareness on breath and movement synchronicity, posture alignment and posture endurance. This type of practice creates an energized body, strong mind and light heart. Mixed level class. Great for beginners.

 

Power Fitness Yoga

Focusing on inner strength promotes outward results. A robust Ashtanga style workout will compliment any fitness routine or healthy lifestyle. A more challenging physical workout will build greater strength of mind, body, and intention in this safe and open environment. Wellness Yoga

In general these workshops focuses on mind, body and spirit connection. Flows strengthen, restore, connect and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit through the practice of asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation. These workshops are intended to take students deeper into their practice while connecting with others in a nourishing, safe and rejuvenating space.  They provide an opportunity  to awaken your senses, clear your mind, calm your nerves and heal injuries & wounds while renewing your energy sources. Yin Yoga

Deeply stretch and rejuvenate in this low & slow class. The fascia is often overlooked as a source of pain and tightness in the body. By taking the time to fully release into poses the fascia is able to lengthen further and is rehydrated as new fluid is pulled in to the tissue. Incorporating breath work and opportunities for reflection make for a meditative experience and are the makings for a great night's sleep. This class will help you to ground deeply and give you the chance to experience new depths in your favorite restorative poses. 


 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling art that focuses on angles, timing and leverage so that smaller opponents can beat larger opponents through techniques such as joint locks and choke holds. This class is offered to kids and adults.


 

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a sport comprised of punching and kicking techniques to be practiced for sport, self defense and fitness. This class if offered to kids and adults.
